I’ve been staying with Sarah and Deepak for a few a while now when I visit family, the air bnb is wonderful, it’s a home away from home for me, Sarah always keep in contact with me before and during my visit, they are such welcoming hosts I love coming to stay with them, and love the little treats they leave for my stay ☺️
We had a lovely 3 days at the old dairy. The cottage was spotless and spacious, with everything you need during your stay. Sarah was very responsive and left very generous provisions for our arrival. Great location for exploring the south downs and Brighton area.

We had a fabulous few days over half term at Sarah’s dreamy and super comfortable house. We loved all about it, one of my boys wanted to stay and live there forever! The house is gorgeous, super well equipped. The log burner is amazing and we made the most of it every evening. The kitchen has everything you may need. And the bathroom is spacious with amazing bathtub and fantastic water pressure in the shower. We also enjoyed all of Sarah’s great recommendations for my family. All in all an amazing stay and we’d love to go back!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Old Dairy recently. Sarah and Deepak were welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation is of a first class standard - the fittings, decor, finishing touches and additional extras are all excellent. There is plenty of information on what to do in the surrounding area, which unfortunately we could not take advantage as we were in the area for a family event. However with family and friends in the adjoining two cottages and an open invitation from our hosts to receive any other visitors from our family staying in the area it was a perfect location. Only a couple of minutes down the road there are a small Morrisons & Lidl, and within a couple of minutes more there is Billinghurst with a number of pubs and takeaways. An amazing property in a fabulous location. Thank you Sarah and Deepak.

My husband and stayed at The Byre last week and had a lovely relaxing few days. The hosts Sarah and Deepak are charming and very helpful and informative of things to do in the area. The Byre was spotlessly clean and well appointed. I’d really recommend it.
Super friendly hosts with a lovely welcome - free eggs, cake, wine and beers. Great selection of DVDs, games and books and hosts recommendations for places to see and do in the area were brilliant. Would definitely recommend to others staying in the area.

Sarah and Deepak’s place was amazing! One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at! They had recommendations, instructions, full kitchen and bathroom and lots of games! It is great for families we have two kids a 5 and 7 year old and they loved the place, foosball, horses and getting eggs from the chickens in the morning! Just down the street was Fishers Farm Park; so much fun, along with Kinsbrook vineyard with great food and both Brighton and Arundel Castle only a 30min drive away! Highly recommended!

What a lovely hidden gem in West Sussex! Such beautiful surroundings and a peaceful location. Sarah & Deepak were lovely, helpful and friendly. The pictures don't do it justice! Convenient location too with Lidl and a petrol station just a short drive away; and the town centre is within a 5 minute drive for some local restaurants and a Sainsbury's local. Lovely little touches around the house which make it feel like home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay 😊
Had a wonderful stay, the perfect cottage for families. The cottage is pristine with great kitchen amenities. My kids enjoyed collecting chicken eggs in the morning aswell.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Bothy. It was even better than the photos could ever show you. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable with everything you could ask for and more. The log burner is amazing! Deepak and Sarah are beyond accommodating and went out of their way for us on several occasions and they have thought about every detail.
We loved being on the farm, seeing the ponies and horses and getting fresh eggs from the chickens whenever we fancied.

Sarah is a wonderful and thoughtful host. She responds quickly and her communication is clear. Her place was modern, very clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and like we could stay much longer. We appreciated the communal laundry. We love the wood fireplace, although we did not get a chance to use it. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. There was even a lighter blanket in the cabinet next to the bed, which we assume is for those nights when the duvet is too warm. We highly recommended New Hill Farm.

We had a brilliant stay at The Old Dairy - the perfect little babymoon before our next child arrives. The cottage was immaculate and perfect for us. Our son Jack loved exploring the farm - checking out the animals and machinery. Sarah and Deepak couldn’t have been more welcoming and Jack misses them already! We had a brilliant family day out at Fishers Farm, Amberley museum and enjoyed splashing in the sea at Littlehampton. We hope to come back very soon! Thanks so much - we will be spreading the word.
Lots of great attractions around and easily accessible. Good shopping in the area. Very cozy, well-equipped and clean house in the middle of the countryside. Plenty of space for 4 people. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - even wine, cakes, eggs and coffee pods were prepared for us on arrival. Absolutely recommended.

Gorgeous property in a lovely, quiet location - immaculately clean and very well equipped. Sarah and her husband, Deepak, have clearly put a lot of time and thought into the design and furnishings. There was a welcome pack, plenty of information and, of course WiFi. Sarah and Deepak were great hosts, Deepak introducing some visiting family children to the animals on the farm of which the property is a part. I could not fault any part of it and was just sorry that we were not able to spend more time in it. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.
I would highly recommend New Hill Farm. The accommodation is faultless and the hosts very welcoming and friendly. The farm itself is an added bonus with beautiful gardens and animals which included a visiting hedgehog ! I stayed in The Bothy and although the weather was very hot the bedrooms had fans and it was cool to sit outside in the morning and late evening.
The cottage was beautifully clean, bright, cosy and wonderful for my husband, baby girl and I. The location was peaceful and the clip clop of miniature ponies was a welcome morning wake up! It exceeded all expectations and we look forward to staying again!

A wonderful home from home. Not only are the cottages finished and cleaned to a superb standard, they are also beautifully proportioned and self contained, offering everything you need to be entirely self-sufficient and private. But equally, Sarah and Deepak are equally welcoming and warm hosts, are available any time should you need anything, and they will be happy to give you some tips to get out and about. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks to Sarah for being so responsive in the run up to our stay, answering questions, and making the checkin/checkout process smooth and simple.

We had a fantastic stay on the farm - Sarah & Deepak were amazing host, the accommodation was so well equipped, the kids loved visiting the animals every morning and we had great days out in the surrounding area. Properly good! Everything about the place is of a very high standard. The location is very good - quiet countryside with almost no light pollution. This makes for wonderful nights sitting outside with a glass of wine. Every detail of the property has been carefully considered and perfectly executed. The property is maintained to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. We will say here again for sure.

We stayed in 2 adjacent cottages as a family of 6 and we were all impressed by both the cottages and the super friendly owners. Clearly a lot of thought went into designing and furnishing the cottages to make them as comfortable as possible for the guests. And of course, you can't beat the farm location! Highly recommend!

Myself and a friend spent a lovely long weekend at the Old Dairy - it's beautifully fitted out; sparkling clean and spacious. We went on beautiful walks from the farm (maps of local walks were provided especially for us) and I did yoga in the living room to wind down. There was a large TV which was great for watching netflix (and yoga videos). I highly recommend a stay.
When looking for accommodation for a wedding we wanted somewhere that had space for a family of 4. We stayed in the Bothy which was perfect- immaculately clean, high spec, beautifully designed, very comfortable beds, fabulous shower, everything you could ever need and Sarah really went above and beyond by leaving some arrival gifts.
Sarah and Deepak both introduced themselves-friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions. We requested local knowledge around taxis which Sarah provided but also the folder in the bothy with all the local suggestions was very helpful. Thank you Sarah & Deepak for making our stay special.
We stayed in the Bothy for 3 nights over the Easter weekend with our teenage daughters. We wanted a base for visiting family in the area. The Bothy is so much more than this. Everything is immaculately clean, high spec, beautifully designed, very comfortable beds, fabulous shower, everything you could need in the kitchen, full size fridge freezer etc. We spent the first few minutes in awe of the property and the rest of the time pinching ideas for our own house! Sarah and Deepak are lovely. So friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions. The plot is beautiful and we timed it perfectly to see the bluebell woods. I’ve never seen such a clean and well organised yard! We had a fabulous few days and staying at the Bothy really was the icing on the cake. I would absolutely recommend this property. Thank you Sarah & Deepak for making our stay special.
We stayed at the Old Dairy farm with my 3 children and it was the best place that we had ever stayed. The welcome we received was amazing and inside the Old Dairy farm it simply can not be faulted. It is modern yet beautifully in keeping with the rest of the farm. It was immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. Add to this the fresh eggs, cake and bottle of wine to welcome us and it could not be better. We all had a great time visiting family and friends from this location that is perfect for getting down to the south coast of England or deeper into the South Downs. Would highly recommend and certainly visit again in the future.
Stayed a few days after arriving from Australia and it was a perfect place to recharge your batteries. Immaculate layout and facilities with very friendly and helpful hosts - would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.
The best holiday cottage we've stayed in. Clean, well equipped and the owners are so welcoming and lovely. Our young boys had great fun checking the chicken coups for eggs and playing with the table football. Highly recommended.
This is my first ever Air BnB experience, and I’m shocked at how amazing it was. The hosts were amazing, Deepak came round to show my daughters around the farm which was so great. The house itself was immaculate, really modern but with a rustic feel. Perfect for a family with 2 kids. The wine, cakes and cold beers were a really nice touch too The only disappointment for me was I wasn’t able to stay longer - I’ll certainly be back here again though. The hosts really make this place as well, can’t stress enough how welcoming they were.

I stay in Airbnbs for work, probably 2-3 a month. I usually leave 5-star reviews unless something has gone terribly wrong; it only feels polite. I wish now that there was a 7 or 8 star option for the experience we had here. It was extraordinary. We hosted our son's 3rd birthday party at the Farm, and had probably 10-12 people with us on the day.
Sarah and Deepak went out of their way to let us know that such an event would be completely welcome, and they checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. They brought over extra mugs, fresh eggs, and an enormously welcoming spirit. Deepak even gave the kids at the party a tour of the farm (which the parents enjoyed perhaps more than the kids).
At all times, we were made to feel trusted and cared for, and that they wanted our event to be as meaningful and lovely as we did. It goes without saying that the space is absolutely lovely - so many thoughtful touches, fully stocked kitchen, large open plan downstairs and beautiful (and comfortable!) intimate rooms upstairs, and a superlative bathtub and shower. We spent a day after the party just the four of us, and it felt as ideal for a small family vacation as it did for a big event.
And the result was that our son's first birthday celebration with family was joyful and memorable. We cannot thank Sarah and Deepak enough. Obviously, we wouldn't want them to feel that they have to do everything they did for us for every guest, but I can't imagine that anyone staying here would feel less cared for than we did. Don't think twice. Book this place. We will do our best to come back soon and often.
My family (including a 2, 6 and 10 year old) stayed here and everyone was impressed. The accommodation was a luxury, it was modern and high spec, with a homely comfortable feel, very clean and with all the essentials you need plus lots of desirable extras. The hosts were excellent and exceeded expectation- even taking the time to talk us through some great things to do, including some wonderful circular walks starting at their farm and showing our children their horses, chickens and dog. We are already planning our next stay!

The Byre was an outstanding place to stay - very comfortable and homely, but also with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating. The area is very attractive and the owners couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Our visit was a real experience - our main aim was to visit family in the area over Christmas, but the Byre and our hosts really made the trip extra-special.
As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the host. The cottage was outstanding, had all modern facilities. We felt at home from the very start. Lovely welcome gift awaited us. A wonderful place to stay out in the country. There’s plenty of walks to do right from the farm and you’re surrounded by fields. The Byre was such a cosy place, we loved it! Out of our kitchen window we could see 2 of the ponies that are on the farm. This Airbnb experience was one of the best we have had and totally met our expectations based on the advertisement and more! We have just finished our second stay in The Byre at New Hill Farm. It was a wonderful find. Quiet (no noise at night, apart from an owl hooting gently in the distance), beautifully clean, well designed with plenty of space for two, well equipped kitchen and shower room as well as a downstairs cloakroom (a brilliant addition)! A lovely little courtyard garden too, with two Shetland ponies often peeking over the gate.
It is great area and we enjoyed trips to the coast, the South Downs and walks along the Downs Link footpath.
Sarah and Deepak have been so helpful and respond very quickly to messages. We shall doubtless be back again soon.
My family of 4 (2 young kids) just came back from a break at the Old Dairy. The cottages are very new, done at a high spec and spotlessly clean and so well equipped (from games, to books, soaps to all cutlery and cooking gear you may need). They are very nicely decorated and if you go in autumn winter, you will appreciate how warm they are. The cottages are in a great area for exploring (Fishers farm is great for kids, Leith Hill for walking but also close to Petworth house, Arundel castle etc). Plus your hosts are fantastic, super quick to answer any questions, very accommodating and really nice people (our kids loved picking up eggs in the morning and seeing the ponies). Thanks!
We had a really wonderful experience staying at the Old Dairy. It’s a fantastic location and our hosts could not have been more accommodating. They thought of absolutely everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The farm in our view is as described, a real luxury experience. And our children enjoyed seeing the chickens and horses everyday! We will certainly be back.
We stayed in The Bothy for a few days at half term and it was a lovely stay. A very warm welcome by Deepak and a tour of the farm - collected fresh eggs for breakfast (which were yummy!) - and then into the accommodation. Beautifully presented, great space and well provisioned. It was a perfect break for me and my 2 teenage kids - a great testament for me is that they would like to go back 👍🏻

We stayed in the Old Dairy, the property is so well presented and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The location on the farm gives a real country feel and has some lovely local walks. Local amenities, supermarket, takeaways etc are to hand in Billinghurst - a 5 minute drive. Plenty to do and see do within easy reach of the property. Hosts we're lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again in the future.
One word for Sarah’s beautiful place and that is - WOW! Every little detail is thought out, amazingly well equipped, the decor is is stunning and so homely, with a calming and relaxing vibe. As previous reviewers have commented, Newhill is an excellent place from which to explore West Sussex.

Such a lovely spot! Deepak and Sarah are great hosts and have built a wonderful set of cottages. We had all three cottages for a few days with both sets of grandparents. The set-up was great and cottages are kept in such lovely condition (there is a games room too with foosball table) . Our little boy enjoyed wandering around the farm and checking on the cats, dogs and horses! There so much do within an hour of the cottages...or you can just chill and enjoy the spacious indoors or outdoor areas. If you venture out, various beaches are not too far (we had a great day out West Wittering Beach), the walks from the farm or nearby are lovely, and the vineyards are great for a visit. Kinsbrook Vineyard was our favourite - a great spot to come and relax and drink some wine. Nutbourne is excellent too.
We will certainly be back!

Wow what a lovely place - we thoroughly enjoyed our week holiday at New Hill Farm. Delightful hosts, high spec yet homely interiors, spotlessly clean, nice touches with the outside space and off-road parking. For us the location was really good, staying close to family in Billingshurst (nice local pubs, Sainsbury’s, pool, Fishers Farm for the kids) but within easy drive of all that the area has to offer (country walks, South Downs, beach, shopping in nearby Horsham, water sports). We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The Old Dairy is even bigger than it looks in the pictures!
We had a great stay at the Bothy, the farm was lovely and the accommodation was immaculate with all amenities provided and also some added extras of board games etc. which was a nice touch. Deepak & Sarah gave us a warm welcome and took us on a tour of their beautiful farm. Our kids loved the table football and the ponies, especially the friendly ginger cat who greeted us every morning. The Bothy is in great location and we highly recommend a stay here.
We had a lovely few days at The Bothy. The cottage is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and so cosy. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need and the welcoming bottle of wine and cake were really appreciated. The setting is beautiful and our kids loved collecting eggs, seeing the horses and making friends with the cats. Highly recommend for those looking for a UK break with kids. Sarah and Deepak are so friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again.

We stayed here for six nights while attending our sons wedding in Billingshurst. A fantastic place to spend some time. Very comfortable with top quality appliances and furniture. Sarah and Deepak are excellent hosts who are always willing to help. We will be happy to come back to stay the next time we are coming to Billingshurst.

The Mahal family created a remarkable experience for us through all of their efforts… The space was just as we expected and a lot more. Clean, comfortable, incredibly put together, with all the equipment we needed... it had absolutely everything that we needed for the perfect stay!! Sarah and Deepak were generous with their time in making us feel comfortable and showing us around their remarkable home. How inspiring to have the opportunity to receive this welcome and feel part of their family and life even for just a few days! The cottage is beautiful, the surroundings are lovely and the whole experience is made by Sarah and Deepak. I travelled with a 3yr old and being on the farm was such a nice experience, seeing chickens, ponies and horses. Sarah and Deepak are so welcoming and engaging with my toddler. Cottage has everything you need and is finished to a very high standard. You won't regret staying here
The Old dairy is truly stunning, with luxury fittings and a spacious feel. We received a wonderfully warm welcome and enjoyed meetings the horses and chickens on the farm. There is so much to explore in the region and will need a return visit! Definitely recommend booking!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay in the Bothy at New Hill Farm. The cottage is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. It is well equipped - from coffee machine to games cupboard and everything else you might need in between. It's furnishing and decor are gorgeous, the Ercol sofa and armchairs were so comfy that it was very tempting to stay indoors and nap! Our 8 year old had fun looking for the farm cats, seeing the horses and collecting eggs from the chickens. Our teenager enjoyed looking through the selection of DVDs available and we all had fun playing the table football in the games/utility room. Sarah and Deepak made us feel so incredibly welcome during our stay and I would whole heartedly recommend a break at New Hill Farm Cottages.
What a find! Sarah's cottage is an absolute gem. Beautifully and tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a picturesque setting. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah or Deepak. They were perfect hosts. Deepak is fantastic with children and my 5 year old just wanted to play with him. The farm is a perfect place to stay with lots of animals to keep kids (and adults) happy, fresh eggs for collecting and a lot of activities close by. Deepak and Sarah have put a lot of effort into making everything perfect, from the decor and the fluffy towels, to the exceptionally well thought-out guest guide book. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we entered and we were very sad to leave.
We spent a relaxing week in this delightful property which has an airy and contemporary feel and was spotless. Location was great for trips to Arundel Castle, Bignor Roman Villa, Weald and Dowland Living Museum and the South Downs. I can see why Deepak and Sarah are super hosts because they are the most generous and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met. From ensuring that we have the basic supplies to get our holiday started to surprising us with flowers, cake, eggs and beer, to always being on hand with helpful holiday tips. They really couldn’t do more to make us welcome. Will certainly recommend to friends and family.
Our family stayed at the Old Dairy for one week whilst in the middle of a very stressful house move. If we could give the hosts and the house 10 out of 10 we would. The house was beautiful and in a very peaceful location we could not have wished for more. There were so many opportunities for days out in the area but the best thing we found was relaxing in the garden and admiring the lovely surroundings. We self catered for most of our stay and had all of the kitchen equipment we could possibly need and any advice required was readily on hand. We will never forget our stay there and hope to return very soon.

It had plenty of books and games for both young and old alike. Sarah and Deepak were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome on their farm, they offered thoughtful advice about local activity and really couldn't have been better hosts. We'd recommend the place unequivocally and would love to go back. A great stay, thank you both so much.

We had a great stay at New Hill Farm, the Old Dairy was immaculate and the perfect place for a family getaway! We got shown around the farm and collected eggs from the chickens for breakfast. The family were great hosts, really friendly and very helpful - I’d hugely recommend this place to stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Deepak & Sarah’s. The bothy has been finished to a very high standard - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a really lovely place to stay, with everything you might need and a well stocked games cupboard too! Deepak and Sarah were fantastic hosts, we felt so welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them. Their farm is wonderful for kids - our toddler was obsessed with the ponies and chickens, he went to see them every day of our stay. The location is perfect, there’s so much to do close by. We hadn’t heard of Fisher’s Farm but went along on Deepak & Sarah’s recommendation and had a great day out. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us & hope to visit again!
We had a wonderful long weekend at The Byre. The cottage was fitted out with everything we needed to enjoy our time there, and Sarah and Deepak were exceptional hosts. They provided many helpful tips (both those in the book and others during our stay) that made it easy to enjoy West Sussex to the fullest. We loved meeting the various animals around the farm and starting our morning with fresh eggs from the chickens. We would love to come back soon!
A lovely and clean, well furnished farmhouse with very good amenities in a great location for exploring W.Sussex and the coast nearby. Communication with Sarah and Deepak was great and we had all the info to arrive smoothly. Some lovely walks nearby too and our daughter loved collecting eggs from the chickens in the morning. We left behind her favourite toy and were contacted by the hosts immediately and they offered to post it back to us which was very much appreciated. We would definitely go back and recommend to all.
We had a brilliant time staying at The Bothy . The house is beautiful, very comfortable and excellent attention to detail. It is fully equipped with everything you could need - towels, coffee, cleaning products, kitchen appliances, brilliant pack of walks and ideas of things to do. We loved the surroundings, being close to the horses and chickens. The hosts were the perfect balance of very friendly but not at all intrusive. They communicated well before the trip helping us think of activists and with planning our online food delivery. We brought our children 1 and 3 and found plenty for them to do in the local area. It was raining during our stay but still had an excellent time - especially at fishers farm park. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.
We spent a lovely weekend at the cottage which was equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. We enjoyed a long walk in the surrounding countryside and visited some great coffee shops for lunch. Sarah and Deepak are great hosts and we’d love to visit the farm again sometime.
We had the most wonderful few days staying at the cottage. Sarah and Deepak are the most brilliant hosts and manage to be on hand and so friendly and helpful, whilst still giving lots of privacy. We were welcomed with cake and champagne and loved going to collect our own eggs from the very friendly hens each morning! The farm itself is absolutely stunning and the cottage is perfectly equipped for cooking, relaxing and just enjoying this lovely part of the country. We also loved having access to the BBQ and the outside garden area! Will definitely be back at some point as this place is just a wonderful getaway and really does have everything you could need.
The Bothy was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly clean. Our hosts could not possible have made us feel more welcome. They provided us with tea, coffee, milk, and eggs from their own chickens! They even left us some cake and drinks to help celebrate dads birthday. We were blown away, and couldn’t bear to leave, so we stayed in and ate on the patio every night. Each holiday cottage has its own area of outdoor seating where we ate almost every meal surrounded by beautiful flower beds. We will be back, and I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Wow what a place! Sarah and Deepak made our family feel so welcome and we settled in instantly. The place is incredibly clean with very high end amenities and quality throughout. We have stayed in a number of places and this by far the best. Great location in the countryside with walks all around you. A Sainsburys local and take away within 5 minutes but BBQ are on site and these were also top spec. Our 4 year old loved collecting fresh eggs in the morning, and he was completely safe. We loved it so much we are looking to go again later in the year. They really go out of their way to make the holiday special and memorable.
The farm is a great place to take a break from a busy city life. It’s a tranquil and relaxing set up that made my familly happy. Hosts are very lovely and kind making sure all expectations are met and exceeded. Location is great: there is a city in the proximity offering good food choices, and many family attraction like go ape, fisher’s farm park, south-water park, leith hill to name just a few that is great for children. The cottage is well equipped, modern but with country side twist.
The cottage could not have been cleaner, nor the hosts friendlier - thought has really gone into anticipating everything you could possibly need, and we loved every minute of our stay. All the bedding was excellent - firm mattress - with blackout blinds in the double bedroom and good amount of storage. Good pressure to the rain shower in the bathroom, and all the equipment you need in the kitchen, including a full-size fridge/freezer. We were blessed with sunshine, so spent a lot of time in the little private garden/parking area in front of the cottage. If you are particularly noise-sensitive, you may hear other guests when they're outside as the Old Dairy backs on to an adjoining cottage. The wifi is stupendous should you need to work.

Sarah’s cottage is beautiful, fully equipped and a lovely place to stay. Waking up to ponies out the kitchen window is a lovely perk. We loved that it was situated in the countryside but also close to places such as Brighton which you can easily visit in a day. We would definitely stay again.
The original plans we'd made for my husband's 70th birthday had to be changed because of lockdown restrictions so we booked to stay in The Byre over a long weekend and arranged for our family to visit in two separate parties over the weekend. I'd organised outdoor picnics for both days (I can highly recommend Emma's Sussex Kitchen who provided amazing spreads both days) but was very concerned about the wet weather forecast for that weekend. Sarah and Deepak went to so much trouble to ensure the weekend went smoothly and their kindness and hospitality was very much appreciated by the whole family. We stayed in The Byre and from the moment we parked up outside we could tell it was a very special place. The Byre is a one bedroomed property, with an open plan living/kitchen area and a downstairs cloakroom and a large double bedroom up the stairs with an en suite shower room. It was very clean, comfortable and furnished very tastefully. We received a very warm welcome from Deepak and Sarah and appreciated the extra treats we found when we arrived such as fresh eggs from their hens, chocolate cake and a bottle of bubbly. In between rain showers, we managed to walk to the bluebell woods and saw deer in the field and lots of different birds. The grandchildren loved seeing the ponies on the farm and helped to gather in eggs. There was a very comprehensive folder available giving information about local walks and amenities. Horsham is very close by with a good range of shops and cafes and it was only a 45 minute drive to Brighton. We would definitely stay again and are already planning our next visit.
We had a dreamy 5 day stay at The Byre, it’s exactly as advertised if not better! Communication with the hosts was super smooth, we met Deepak during our stay and he was very friendly. Sarah and Deepak kindly welcomed us with complimentary chocolate cake, wine and beer, and fresh eggs from their farm. The touches inside the lodge are great and everything was spotless (we particularly loved the comfortable bed that felt like a cloud, and the shower!). The location was perfect to do some walks nearby, and also within short driving distance of nature, landmarks and towns (we visited Petworth, Brighton, Arundel, Leith Hill and Devil’s Dyke during our stay). The hosts have many recommendations for what to see, where to eat etc prepared in a folder for guests, and the lodge also has plenty of books to read, and games to play if it’s a rainy day. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet place in nature, and to recharge. We can’t wait to be back!
We loved our stay at Sarah's farm, the peace and tranquility of the countryside were just lovely. The accommodation has been thoughtfully kitted out with good quality appliances. Everything was very clean and well kept. The outside space was even better than we expected, a private courtyard, not overlooked, plenty big enough for BBQ-ing (Weber and coals all provided) and catching some rays. Sarah and her husband are both friendly and approachable and keen to help you make the most of your stay. Would recommend for a couple's getaway without hesitation.

Faultless. So tidy, relaxing, warm and peaceful place. We had such a lovely stay. The lodging was very warm and comfortable so we really felt at home. The location is peaceful but nearby to anything you may need. That includes some amazingly convenient walks which were the perfect daily accompaniment. We arrived to little treats and even were given fresh eggs multiple times! Throughout our stay Deepak and Sarah were so instantly responsive, and yet also let us do our thing. What more could you want in the lovely countryside. Would definitely recommend.
The Bothy was absolutely perfect for our Christmas stay. I came with my husband, newborn and mother to visit in laws nearby. The space was the perfect size and so cozy and new. Beautifully decorated with a lovely log burner we used every night. Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts, quick on responses and making sure we had everything we needed. They even set up a christmas tree and decorations for us! Highly recommend, we will likely be back!

We had a lovely stay in Sarah and Deepak’s cottage. The kids enjoyed meeting the horses and there are nice walks directly from the cottage. There are lots of trips to do nearby ....we enjoyed walks at Devil’s Dyke and the walk to Seven Sisters cliffs. Arundel Castle and the village makes for a great day trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bothy cottage. The accommodation is really well laid out and has a very comfortable, homely feel. Deepak and Sarah have thought of everything and then some!! We were welcomed by a bottle of wine, some beer and a chocolate cake which was a lovely touch. There is a well stocked games cupboard and book shelf which we all enjoyed using over the weekend. The underfloor heating kept us nice and toasty and the log burner would be great in the winter months. We also enjoyed the use of the foosball table in the barn onsite. The farm cats and Shetland ponies were very friendly. The cottage was perfectly positioned for us to do a couple of countryside walks and enjoy some great pub meals nearby. Sarah and Deepak are excellent hosts, very knowledgeable and accommodating. We would love to visit again and would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone!
Really cosy and stylish space with everything you need. You can leave the farm and get straight onto bridlepaths for really lovely walks. A perfect place for a getaway!

If your looking for a weekend where you can chillax and forget the busy day to day life this is the place to stay.

We were thrilled by the modern and lovingly furnished apartment on a dreamlike little farm surrounded by greenery. Just two minutes after our arrival, we felt at home and welcome. Sarah and her husband are very accommodating. If we are drawn to England again we will stay again!

The Byre itself is beautifully done, the interior is gorgeous as well as the exterior. We loved having breakfast outside in the patio area and giving Nellie and Maggie, the two Shetland ponies, some apples as well!
It is also a great place to go for walks and they provided such detailed descriptions of where to go. We are already thinking of booking another weekend during the winter and getting proper use out of the log burner!
Wonderful property and great hosts in a lovely location
We came to the property on New Hall Farm for a short, five day stay this summer. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the quality of the accommodation. It was obvious a great deal of thought had been lavished on it. All the rooms were well-appointed, beautifully clean, tastefully decorated and contained everything you could need. Deepak and Sarah were great hosts and very informative about the local area. Deepak always had time for a chat and made some great suggestions about places to visit. It was also great fun playing on his antique table football equipment! The property is in a beautiful location, with lots of great countryside within easy reach - we walked in the Downs, visited the coast and went to Winchester, among other things. It was great sitting in the small, beautiful garden at the front of the Bothy when the sun shone. If we could have stayed longer we would have. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. I don't normally stay at the same place twice, but in this instance I am seriously tempted to return!
What a great place. We had two young children with us. Loads of space and good facilities. All very clean and bright. The young ones loved the horses and running around. We will definitely be back.
Our stay in The Byre was perfect. The cottage is a real find: it is delightful, beautifully decorated and furnished, and spotlessly clean. The garden area is colourful and a great place to sit, with a pair of cute Shetland ponies for company. The hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful, and provided us with some treats on arrival as well as eggs straight from the hens. We had a lovely walk from the farm. In short, it would be very hard to find a nicer place to stay.
Stunning accommodation, everything you could want from a home away from home. We took our daughters, 5 and 7, who loved the farm- seeing the horses and collecting the chicken’s eggs. The walks from the farm are also a delight. Sarah and Deepak really look after you and are very attentive (it was hot when we stayed so they bought an additional fan for us). Nothing is too much trouble and they have great local knowledge. We spent a day at Fishers Farm which the girls loved, a day at West Wittering beach which was amazing. Plenty of lovely pubs nearby. If it was cooler we would have ventured to Brighton or Winchester so there is something to do in all weather. We highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely return!
Amazing stay in West Sussex. Right from the word go, we were very welcomed and both Deepak & Sarah were great hosts, helping with information and guided tours of their farm, as well as further afield. The accommodation was one of the highest standards we’ve seen and both us and the kids loved it. Numerous walks available both close to the barn and further afield and we were spoilt for choice on adventures and places to eat. If we’re ever considering another South East adventure, we wouldn’t hesitate booking here again. Loved it !
The Bothy is a gorgeous place to stay for a countryside break! The accommodation is newly built and really beautifully finished - it looks just like the photos. It is also well kitted out with plenty of good quality amenities and we were really touched by the beers, wine and delicious cake that was left for us! Plus the freshly laid eggs that we received for breakfast both mornings! Moreover, Sarah and her husband were so accommodating, giving us great trips for the weekend in advance and providing us with plenty of information on arrival. Their communication was excellent too. The location is also superb and I can recommend doing the wine tour at Nutbourne vineyard near by and popping into Petworth for a browse of the shops. Thanks again - we had such a great time!
We stayed at Sarah's Airbnb for three nights and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for exploring the countryside (We took a trip to Devils Dyke and Southwater Country Park). The interior is done to a very high standard and there is everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. We had some lovely dinners out on the patio and enjoyed saying hi to the farms shetlands. We would definitely return!
We had a wonderful few days at The Bothy. We honestly couldn't fault anything about our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable and extremely well equipped - perfect for our small family reunion. Sarah, Deepak and their family were super accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome (even introducing us to the new foal on the farm). We also loved the location and visited both the South Downs and Surrey Hills with ease. We're already plotting our return.
Loved everything. Far more spacious than expected with private outdoor patio area. Lovely decor, high quality furnishings and equipment, very comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly, scrupulously clean. We appreciated the welcome goodies and the helpful information provided by our excellent hosts. Beautiful location, we enjoyed beautiful walks, bike rides and runs straight from the farm. Would love to go back. For a couple the 1 bed cottage we stayed in was perfect, but we would go back with grandchildren to the 2 bed one as we think it would be a good base for family activities too.
A perfect retreat
In an uncertain time with the virus, we felt very safe being here. Everything was spotless and the book in system worked well. Sarah and Deepak were the perfect hosts. Friendly and happy to advise the best beaches, places to go and also park! The cottage and surroundings are just divine and we almost don’t want to tell you all how lovely this place is else the place will be booked out for months!! :)
A wonderful place that we couldn’t fault. The property itself is modern, comfortable and was extremely clean throughout. The farm is beautiful and our daughter loved seeing the ponies and chickens! Sarah, Deepak and their children were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We hope to book in again soon!
The weekend was wonderful and staying at Sarah's property was a plus. We loved everything and we can't wait to be back. Sarah and her husband were amazing and made us feel as we were at home. From beginning to the end all was perfect!

By far the best Air BnB yet!!! From their wonderful hospitality through to the toiletries and little touches around the house, we cannot recommend a stay with Sarah & Deepak more highly. We have two young girls who adored the horses, and I can’t thank them enough for the lengths they went to make us feel welcome. They even put eggs in the chicken coop for our eldest to pick 👍👍 Book now or regret forever!
What a glorious time. Everything was spotless and beautifully furnished making us feel at home (although this was nicer than home!) as soon as we stepped through the door. The location of The Byre is set away from the family home so we felt like we had our privacy but could also find the hosts if we needed anything. Our favourite bit of our stay was the seating area overlooking the lovely Shetland ponies, perfect for breakfasts and dinners cooked in the modern and well equipped kitchen - we even got given some delicious fresh eggs from the farm’s chickens! There seemed to be plenty to do in the area and on recommendation of our host we went for a lovely walk from the family farm and a day trip to a nearby beach (30 min drive). Our hosts were lovely and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Hand sanitiser and gloves were provided and all interactions were contact free. The perfect post-lockdown get away!
Extremely well-appointed accommodation just outside Billingshurst. Recently completed and equipped and therefore everything is brand new. You can walk straight out of the property onto public footpaths. Highly recommended

Sarah and Deepak’s place was perfect! The interior design was very thoughtful and trendy, great location with lovely walking paths starting at your doorstep. Sarah and Deepak were super friendly hosts, and always willing to help with local tips. We highly recommend and will definitely be back ❤️
Sad to leave. It had been amazing here. Lovely walks in the woods in the heart of the South Downs surrounded by beautiful countryside. Wonderful family at the farmhouse and very friendly Shetland and Highland ponies. Our hosts made us feel most welcome and went the extra mile. Lovely barn style cottage with high end specs and modern living comforts. The kitchen and the bedrooms are amazing and a powerful shower. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Fast WiFi and great TV service and big screen TV. We have had very cosy evening sat by the log burner. Brilliant times will stay long in the memory. We cannot recommend a better country retreat close to all amenities all the same.>> Thank you 😊 🤗
