Rental rates are for the entire property.

In addition a cleaning fee is charged per stay of £50.
For Christmas, New Year and Easter holiday periods please add £30 per night.
Electric car charging is available at £10 per overnight charge.
Bookings are secured on receipt of 25% payment. Remaining balance of payment will be due 7 days prior to check-in.
